My Name Is America
My Name Is America is a series of historical novels published by Scholastic Press. Each book is written in the form of a journal of a fictional young man's life during an important event or time period in American history.
Seen as a companion to Scholastic's Dear America series, it was primarily aimed at boys 9-12 years old.[1][2] The series was discontinued in 2004.[citation needed]
